last night..

.. was so much fun! We went to a bar called Bayview in Bowers Beach with a few friends. Soooo much fun. It's one of those "Hole in the Wall" bars. It was Corey's night to drink. Here's a video of his "Tales of the Sea" after he decided to run off the dock into the water. Apparantly a fish told him to swim to the top. And the fish happened to be hispanic?? Take not of his accent. Kid's got skills.

Now jump back a few hours earlier and here he is with this crazy ass man who creeped us all out. For some odd reason Corey called him Harley Davidson all night. The man told us he worked for Playtex tampons. Which further more grossed us out. I wonder if that pickup line ever works.. haha..

The rest are just random photos from throughout the night.

Now we just need to go to the gym and work off the thousand calorie drinks we had last night. Wish us luck!

To Granny's house we go...

Corey and I spent Easter at Granny's house in Virginia this year. It was a load of fun. His mom and little brother, AJ, met us there also. Then Patty was home and Amber stopped by. The weekend went by super fast, wish it would have slowed down a little. Time is always against us. If we even show the smallest sign of having a good time, we are punished by a work schedule the very next morning. Time hates us-there you have it. First video is of Scout fearing for his life. He may like to play "Hero" but he is extremely scared of life size suffed animals.

We also had Honey Baked Ham. I forgot how good it was. Living in Delaware there is, of course, no HBH anywhere. It's a luxury to have one shipped to you. We could go to the store and get a ham there, then make a sugar rub for it. But it still won't match up.

Bored Bored Bored

I took a video b/c we are so freaking bored. When it's cold up here it seems like there is nothing to do. We were made for the sun and for the beach. Yes, there is a beach here (Rehoboth), but it's only for those of you who enjoy being smoothered by the total stranger right next to you. There isn't even room to walk along the shore line. Back home we would have plenty of room for us a few friends to play football or volleyball. And we could spend hours walking around Jekyll's shore... Ah, the good ole days.

Everyone is probably sick of the animal videos by now (me on the other hand, can watch them all day long). This weekend we are going to Virginia and hopefully I can get Corey's 5 year old brother to do a few breakdance moves for us. Hell, maybe I can get Granny to do some breakdance moves! I think that just might be pushing my luck. .. Actually pushing my luck would be if my mom were to show up! (Hint Hint Ma if you are reading this!) That would make it a FANTASTICO Easter Por Favor ...

Loving it. One thing that I have noticed though that gets on my nerves is when Tyra goes in and edits it. Its like she will notice she forgot to say something and add it in the cut and its SOOO obvious. She tries, but she's no O just yet. I love the fashion shoots and runways though. Every Wednesday night I bring my full length mirror downstairs and catwalk- I own it. Hahah .. And yes the only reason why I get away with it is because Corey works Wednesday nights.



Another show that I am SOOO looking forward to (along with Corey) is for The Office to come back on! It should have new episodes in April and I am soooo looking forward to it. I miss Dwight.



Oh and Mrs. Housewife over here. Last week I made HOMEMADE manicotti (famously known as lasagna tubes per Corey) and they were dinooo--mite. Tonight I made my mom's recipe of lemon butter bars which I think I might take to work tomorrow -- that is of course if the hubby dosen't find them first (one of his favorites).

Well before I turn in for the night - I have to shout out to my wonderful sister who reads this often (so she says) and says I never give her a shout out. I LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU. And Corey says he will beat your ass at the next game of Monopoly. :))

Moving on up...

Soooo .. I have been promoted! I am now the advertising assistant for the Dover Post (now owned by Gatehouse Media). I moved from receptionist to advertising and in only a year. A round of applause. And I think I have decided to change my major from Health Information Technology to Marketing. The main and pretty much only reason is because I am now getting experience. It is so hard to get a degree online and go straight into the working field. Employers want experienced candidates. With this experience and a BA in Marketing, I should be set when Corey and I plan on moving back home. Though, I want to do more marketing and less advertising. Maybe another time and day.

St. Patricks Day!! Right now Corey and I REALLY wish we were living back home in Georgia. We want to go to River Street so bad this year for St. Patrick's day. It's crazy and since we are now able to drink I know it would have been a blast. Maybe next year.

Finally - A video with humans! Me and hubby playing darts in our game room. We got skill yo.

We also have a pool table in the game room, but I'm really not any good. And if any of you are wondering, my decorating is coming along well! Bathroom one and two is down .. now all I have left is the master bathroom and every other freaking room in the house! Living on a budget sucks when it comes to decor! Thank God for TJ Maxx, Value City and Walmart.
